Partner Program

The Partner Program connects restaurants with local partners and enables additional revenue.

Overview​

The Partner Program works like this:

  1. Partners (e.g., local businesses) offer gifts in the eesy app
  2. Guests can redeem these once for free
  3. For subsequent purchases, eesy LLC receives a small commission
  4. 50% of this commission goes to the restaurant that brought the guest to eesy

For Restaurants​

How do I earn money?​

When a guest scans the QR code in your restaurant and downloads the eesy app:

  1. The guest discovers gifts from partners
  2. The guest redeems a gift (first time free)
  3. The guest later purchases again from the partner
  4. You receive 50% of the commission from eesy

Example​

Guest scans QR code in Restaurant A
    ↓
Guest downloads eesy app
    ↓
Guest discovers gift from Bakery B
    ↓
Guest redeems gift (free)
    ↓
Guest later purchases again at Bakery B
    ↓
Commission: 5% to eesy
    ↓
Restaurant A receives: 2.5% (50% of commission)

Requirements​

  • eesy Manager with activated eesy app
  • Guests scan the QR code in your restaurant
  • No additional setup required

For Affiliate Partners​

In addition to the restaurant commission, there is a separate affiliate program: anyone who brings new businesses (partners or restaurants) onto the eesy platform earns a commission on their revenue.

How It Works​

  1. You receive a personal affiliate link (manager.eesy.app/...?ref=...)
  2. A new business registers via your link
  3. When that business generates revenue, you earn a commission

Affiliate Dashboard​

In eesy Manager under Account, you'll find your affiliate dashboard with:

  • Balance: Current balance and pending balance (if applicable)
  • Affiliate link: Personal link to copy, share, or display as QR code
  • Number of referred partners: How many businesses have registered via your link
  • Transaction history: Earnings filterable by month/year. Pending transactions are marked with "Pending" and the availability date.

For Guests​

The Partner Program is only available in the mobile eesy app.

Discover Gifts​

  1. Open the eesy app
  2. On the home screen you'll see gifts near you
  3. You can adjust the search radius (1–100 km)
  4. Tap a gift for details

Redeem Gift​

  1. Select a gift
  2. Tap Activate Gift
  3. Go to the partner business
  4. Show the QR code to the partner
  5. The partner scans the code
Free only once

Each gift can be redeemed once for free per user.

Set Reminder

After redeeming, you can set a notification reminder so you don't forget to use the gift at the partner.

My Gifts​

Under Account → My Gifts you'll see:

  • Active Gifts: Not yet redeemed
  • Redeemed Gifts: Already used
  • Expired Gifts: No longer valid

Cancel Gift​

You can cancel an activated gift:

  1. Open My Gifts
  2. Select the gift
  3. Tap Cancel
  4. Confirm the cancellation

For Partners​

Partners are local businesses that offer gifts in the eesy app.

Benefits for Partners​

  • Acquire new customers: Users discover your business
  • Increased reach: Visibility in the eesy app
  • Target audience: Gastronomy-oriented customers

Become a Partner​

Interested businesses can become partners:

  1. Contact eesy LLC
  2. Create partner products (gifts, offers)
  3. Your offers appear in the app

Preconfigured Cart​

Partners can create links with a pre-filled cart and share them via QR code. When a guest opens such a link:

  1. The partner products are automatically loaded into the cart
  2. Unavailable products are shown as a notice
  3. The guest can adjust quantities or remove products
  4. Order as usual via Order Now

Types of Offers​

Find Partners​

In the mobile app:

  1. Open Search
  2. Switch to the Partners tab
  3. See partners on the map
  4. Or use the text search

Partner Details​

For each partner you'll see:

  • Available gifts and offers
  • Address and location on the map
  • Contact details (website, phone, email)
  • Opening hours
  • Redemption hours (may differ from opening hours)
