eesy Manager
eesy Manager is the app for restaurant operators – a complete POS system for restaurants, cafés, bars, and events.
Platforms
eesy Manager is available for:
- Android (smartphones and tablets)
- iOS (iPhone and iPad)
- Web (manager.eesy.app)
User Roles
Waiter
Waiters take orders, deliver them, and process payments. They see their open orders and earned tips.
Kitchen
Kitchen users see all incoming orders and can mark them as ready. The responsible waiter is then notified for pickup.
Admin
Admins have access to the complete Admin Panel with user management, products, statistics, and all settings.
Manager
Managers have the same rights as Admins, but without user management.
Spaces
A "Space" is an independent organization (e.g., a restaurant). A Space is not assigned to a single user but has a team of users with different roles.
Each Space has:
- Its own products and categories
- Its own statistics and revenue
- Its own TSS for fiscal compliance
- Its own settings and design
A Space can have one of three business types:

|---|---|
| Restaurant | Classic POS setup with orders, kitchen, billing |
| Partner | Provider in the Partner Program (gifts, commission sales) |
| Both | Restaurant and partner in one Space |
Organisations
Multiple Spaces can belong to a parent Organisation. The Organisation is the billing entity (VAT ID, billing address, Stripe account). Within an Organisation a bundle discount applies: the Space with the highest tier pays 100 %, all other Spaces only 85 %.
