The mobile app is ideal when you:
- Use eesy regularly

Switch from Web to Mobile
The web app shows a promotional banner with QR code and store links, inviting you to download the mobile app for the full feature set.
If you're using the web app, you can switch to the mobile app:
- In the web app: Tap Download App
- Download the app from the store
- Sign in with the same account
- Your data is transferred
Account
Your account works in both apps:
- Sign in: With the same account
- Orders: History visible in both
- Loyalty Cards: Are synchronized
- Payment Methods: Are transferred
Delete Account
You can delete your eesy Account under Account → Delete Account:
eesy App: Profile, loyalty card progress, and eesy Coins will be deleted.
eesy Manager: If you are the sole admin of a Space, another admin must be appointed first.
Retained: Order history (for legal reasons). Confirmation required.
