Organisation Team

The team of an Organisation is separate from the team of an individual Space. Members here manage billing and the tier model – not the day-to-day restaurant operations.

Roles

Role	Permissions
admin	Full access: master data, team, subscription, invoices
billing	Read/edit master data and subscription, no team management

Add a member

1. Tap Add member
2. Enter the new member's email
3. Pick a role (admin or billing)
4. Confirm the invitation

Invited people receive an email with a join link. They need an eesy account (or can create one for free).

Remove a member

1. Find the member in the list
2. Tap the menu (three dots)
3. Select Remove from Organisation

Last admin

At least one admin must always remain in the Organisation. The last admin cannot be removed.
