Organisation Panel

Multiple Spaces can belong to a parent Organisation. The Organisation is the billing entity for the Subscription: it owns the Stripe account, holds the VAT ID, billing address, country and currency – and bundles the subscription for all its Spaces.

The Organisation Panel is a standalone admin panel with three tabs:

  1. Overview – Master data, VAT validation, assigned sales partners
  2. Team – Members with admin or billing role
  3. Subscription – Tier management, invoices, tier changes, cancellation

Access​

From the Admin Panel of a Space you reach the Organisation Panel via the link on the Subscription page. Direct link: manager.eesy.app/organisations/<ORG-ID>/admin.

You need a role in the Organisation:

RolePermissions
adminFull access to all tabs
billingFull access to master data and subscription, no team management

Bundle logic​

Within an Organisation a tier bundle discount applies:

  • The Space with the highest tier pays 100 % of its tier price
  • All other Spaces pay 85 % of their respective tier price

This makes it economical to keep branches or sibling Spaces under a common Organisation.
