Subscription & Tiers
The Subscription tab in the Organisation Panel is the central control point for tiers, invoices, tier changes and cancellations.
Hero card
At the top you'll find a summary hero card with:
- Aggregated status across all Spaces of the Organisation
- Next billing date
- Pending sales partner offer indicator (see below)
Sales partner offer
If your eesy sales partner has sent you an offer, a dedicated card shows up with:
- Line items (tier per Space, add-ons, discount)
- Total amount and currency
- Billing interval (monthly, yearly, 2-year or 3-year prepaid)
- Accept and Reject buttons
Accepting takes you to Stripe to set up payment. The subscription is then automatically activated for all included Spaces.
Spaces
For each Space in the Organisation you see:
- Tier, status (trial / active / locked), next renewal date
- Pending tier changes (e.g. "Downgrade on Dec 31")
- Quantity stepper for extra registers (Germany only)
- Change tier button and – expandable – Included in this tier with feature list

Extra registers (Germany)
The quantity stepper lets you add extra registers per Space for a fee. The add-on is effective immediately and prorated on the next invoice.
Invoices
The Invoices section lists all Stripe invoices of the Organisation with:
- Status (draft, pending, paid, failed)
- Period and amount
- PDF download
Depending on country you pay via SEPA direct debit, credit card, or wire transfer (Customer Balance). Within the EU the invoice carries a reverse-charge notice if a valid VAT ID is on file.
Self-service actions
When no sales partner offer is open, the following actions are available directly:

| Resume billing | Lifts a lockout after a trial end or failed payment |

Advanced actions
The collapsible Advanced section offers:
- Cancel subscription – Marks the subscription for cancellation at the end of the current period. Until then everything stays active; after expiry the Space enters lockout mode.
Once a canceled subscription expires, orders and billing are blocked. During a 7-day grace period fiscal writes (cash closing, DSFinV-K, register submission) are still possible.
