Products & Gifts

This page is where you maintain the catalog of your partner Space – what guests see and can redeem or purchase from you in the eesy app.

Gifts​

Gifts are at the heart of the Partner Program: every guest can redeem a gift once for free at your business. Subsequent purchases bring you new customers and eesy a small commission (of which the referring restaurant receives 50 %).

Create a gift​

  1. Tap New gift
  2. Fill in the fields:
    • Title and description
    • Photo (for the listing in the app)
    • Redemption hours – when the gift may be redeemed (can differ from opening hours)
    • Redemption hint for guests
    • Availability (e.g. "weekends only" or time-limited)
  3. Save the gift

Deactivate a gift​

Gifts can be deactivated at any time – for example when an item is sold out. Deactivated gifts no longer appear in the eesy app; already-activated gifts remain redeemable.

Products​

Besides gifts you can also offer regular products for sale. These are presented in the eesy app and can be purchased online (online payment required).

Product fields​

  • Title and description
  • Photo(s)
  • Price
  • Category and tags
  • Ingredients, allergens
  • Variations (e.g. sizes, flavors)

Preconfigured carts​

You can create links with a pre-filled cart and, for example, place them as QR codes in your store. When a guest opens such a link:

  1. The selected products are added to the cart automatically
  2. Unavailable products are shown as a notice
  3. The guest can adjust quantities, remove items and pay directly
