Partner Operations Center

The Partner Operations Center is your live interface to the guests who redeem your gifts or purchase your products. It works like a QR scan center: the guest shows the code from their eesy app, you scan, the system validates.

Access

In the partner Space menu tap Operations Center, or open manager.eesy.app/spaces/<ID>/partner-operations directly.

Modes

The Operations Center has two tabs:

Scan mode

Real-time scanner for incoming QR codes:

  1. Tap Start scan
  2. Hold the guest's QR code in front of the camera
  3. The system instantly checks:
    • Gift – Activated? Valid? Within redemption hours?
    • Product purchase – Paid? Not yet collected?
  4. On success the system marks the redemption and confirms it to the guest
  5. The scan lands in the history list with timestamp, product/gift and guest details

Build mode (manual cart)

If a guest wants to grab something on the spot without ordering in the app first:

  1. Switch to build mode
  2. Pick products from your catalog
  3. Set quantity and variations
  4. Generate a QR code or link the guest can open in the app
  5. The guest pays online and receives their confirmation code

History

The History section shows all scans from the past hours/days. Per entry:

  • Time
  • Type (gift redemption or product pickup)
  • Gift/product name
  • Anonymized guest (if not logged in)
  • Status (success, failure)

Error messages

MessageMeaning
Already redeemedGift has already been used
Not activatedGuest hasn't activated the gift in the app yet
Outside redemption hoursCurrent time is outside the allowed redemption window
Payment pendingProduct order hasn't been paid online yet
Invalid codeThe code doesn't belong to your Space or is damaged

Tips

  • Set up a tablet at the POS so guest codes can be scanned quickly
  • Use the history to reconcile daily totals or trace individual redemptions
  • Clear redemption hints in the gift description reduce questions
