eesy Coins are a reward system where you earn coins with every payment.
Difference from Loyalty Card
eesy Coins are a centralized balance across all restaurants. Loyalty cards are per restaurant — each restaurant has its own stamp card. The two systems are independent of each other.
How It Works
- Pay for an order via the eesy app
- Earn coins — after a successful payment, coins are automatically credited
- Collect coins across different restaurants on one central account
View Coin Balance
- Open the eesy app
- Tap eesy Coins on the home screen
- You'll see:
- Your current balance
- The transaction history with all entries
Transaction Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Reward | Coins received through payments |
| Redeemed | Coins you have used |
| Expired | Coins that have passed their validity date |
| Refund | Refunded coins |
| Adjustment | Manual corrections |
Each transaction shows the amount, date, and if applicable, a validity period.
