Ordering with eesy
This guide shows you how to order with the eesy app.
Step 1: Open Restaurant
Via QR Code (recommended)
- Scan the QR code on the table
- The eesy app opens automatically
- Your table is already pre-selected
Via the App
- Open the eesy app
- Use Search or Map
- Select a restaurant
- Enter your table
Step 2: Browse the Menu
Categories
The menu is organized in categories:
- Tap a Category (e.g., Beverages, Food)
- Scroll through products
- Tap a product for details
Search
Use the search bar at the top:
- Enter a search term
- Results filter automatically
- Tap a result
Step 3: Add Products
Simple Products
- Tap a product
- View details, photos, and description
- Tap Add to Cart
Products with Variations
For products with options:
- Tap the product
- Select desired variations:
- Size (small, medium, large)
- Extras (with milk, extra cheese)
- Special requests
- Tap Add to Cart
Configurator Products
For complex products (e.g., build-your-own pizza):
- Tap the product
- The configurator guides you step by step
- Answer the questions:
- Choose options (radio buttons, checkboxes)
- Enter text (e.g., name on cake)
- Review the summary
- Tap Add
Mobile App
In the mobile app, Mr. eesy helps you interactively with configuration.
Save Configuration
Your configuration is saved. Next time you can reuse it.
Step 4: Review Cart
- Tap the Cart icon
- Review your order:
- Products and variations
- Quantity
- Total price
- If needed: Remove products or change quantity
Step 5: Order
- Tap Order Now
- Choose how you want to receive your order:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| By a Waiter | Order is brought to your table |
| Self-Pickup | You pick up the order at the pickup location |
- If the restaurant offers it: Choose the consumption type (Dine-in / To Go)
- If online payment required: Pay now
- Your order is sent to the kitchen
Consumption Type
Some products are only available for one consumption type. If a product in your cart is not compatible with the selected type, you'll be notified.
After Ordering
Order Status
You can track your order status:
- Ordered: Order received
- In Preparation: Kitchen is preparing
- Ready: Order is complete
Push Notifications (Mobile App)
You receive notifications:
- When your order is ready
- When the waiter is on the way
Call Waiter
Need help? Call a waiter:
- Tap Call Waiter
- Select a reason:
- To order
- To pay
- Custom message
- A waiter will come to your table
The status shows when the waiter is on the way.
Tips
- View photos: Tap product photos for a larger view
- Read description: Ingredients and allergens are in the description
- Ask Mr. eesy (Mobile App): The chatbot helps with menu questions
- Similar products: Discover related products on the detail page
- Order failed?: Use the Retry button to resend the order
- Availability: The app checks product availability before submitting
