Mr. eesy is an AI assistant that helps you with ordering.

Mobile App Only

Mr. eesy is only available in the mobile eesy app, not in the web app.

What Can Mr. eesy Do?​

Answer Questions​

  • "What are your most popular dishes?"

Give Recommendations​

  • "What would you recommend with a steak?"
  • "I'm in the mood for something sweet"

  • Opening hours
  • Allergens and ingredients
  • Events and promotions

Open Mr. eesy​

On the Restaurant Page​

  1. Open a restaurant in the eesy app
  2. Tap the Mr. eesy button (chat icon)
  3. The chat opens

During Product Configuration​

For complex products, Mr. eesy automatically guides you through configuration.

Write Message​

  1. Tap the text field
  2. Write your question or request
  3. Tap Send
  4. Mr. eesy responds in seconds

Order Products Directly​

Mr. eesy can add products directly to cart:

  1. Ask: "I'd like a pizza margherita"
  2. Mr. eesy confirms and adds it
  3. You see the confirmation in chat

Reset Chat​

To start a new chat:

  1. Tap the Menu (three dots)
  2. Select Reset Chat
  3. The history is deleted

Product Configuration with Mr. eesy​

For configurator products (e.g., build-your-own pizza):

Step by Step​

  1. Mr. eesy greets you
  2. They ask configuration questions:
    • "What size would you like?"
    • "Which dough do you prefer?"
    • "Which toppings should go on it?"
  3. Select your options
  4. At the end, they show a summary
  5. Confirm and add to cart

Required Fields​

Fields with * must be filled. Mr. eesy reminds you if something is missing.

Save Configuration​

Your configuration is saved:

  • Next time Mr. eesy asks if you want to reuse it
  • You can adjust it or start fresh

Tips​

  • Natural language: Write as you would speak to a waiter
  • Be specific: The more precise your question, the better the answer
  • Follow up: If something is unclear, just ask again

Example Dialog​

You: Hi! What would you recommend today?

Mr. eesy: Hello! Today I recommend our daily special: Schnitzel with fries and salad. Very popular! Would you like to try it?

You: Is there a vegetarian version?

Mr. eesy: Yes, we also have a vegetarian schnitzel (celery schnitzel) as an alternative. Should I add that?

You: Yes please!

Mr. eesy: Perfect! I've added the vegetarian schnitzel to your cart. Anything else?

Privacy​

  • Chat histories are saved for the session
  • They are not used for advertising
  • You can delete the history at any time
