Digital Loyalty Card

The loyalty card is a digital stamp card for regular guests. Collect stamps and redeem rewards!

How It Works

1. Collect stamps – You receive a stamp with every order
2. 10 stamps – After 10 stamps, the card is full
3. Redeem reward – Exchange stamps for a reward

Receive Stamps

You automatically receive a stamp:

• One stamp per day with at least one order
• Multiple orders on the same day = 1 stamp
• The stamp is credited after ordering

Note

Stamps are only awarded for orders via the eesy app, not for orders through the server.

View Loyalty Card

1. Open a restaurant in the eesy app
2. Tap Loyalty Card
3. You'll see:
   • Current stamp count
   • Stamps needed until reward
   • Available rewards

Show QR Code

To redeem, you need to show your QR code to the server:

1. Open the loyalty card
2. Tap the Card
3. The card flips and shows the QR code
4. The server scans the code

Rewards

Depending on the restaurant, there are various rewards:

Reward Type	Example
Percentage Discount	10% off next order
Fixed Amount Discount	$5 discount
Gift	Surprise dessert
Free Product	One free coffee

Redeem Reward

1. Collect 10 stamps
2. Open the loyalty card
3. Tap Redeem Reward
4. Show the QR code to the server
5. The server scans the code during billing
6. Your reward is applied

Google Wallet (Android)

You can add the loyalty card to Google Wallet:

1. Open the loyalty card
2. Tap Add to Google Wallet
3. The card appears in your wallet
4. Stamp count updates automatically

• Quick access without opening app
• Automatic updates
• Available offline

Different Restaurants

Each restaurant has its own loyalty card:

• Stamps are collected per restaurant
• You can have multiple loyalty cards
• Overview of all cards under Account → My Loyalty Cards

Tips

• Order regularly: The more often you order, the faster you fill the card
• Use Google Wallet: For quick access
• Check rewards: See what you get as a reward
