Voice Input for Orders
With voice input, you can quickly dictate orders instead of tapping each product individually.
Activation Required
Voice input must first be enabled by the admin in Space settings.
Requirements
- Voice input enabled in Space settings
- Microphone permission granted
- Internet connection (for AI processing)
How It Works
Step 1: Start Recording
- Go to the Products page
- Long press on the Microphone icon at the bottom right
- The microphone fills with blue while you speak
Permission
The first time, you'll be asked for microphone permission. After granting it, you need to long press again.
Step 2: Dictate Order
Speak the order naturally. The AI recognizes:
- Products from your menu
- Quantity ("two beers", "three coffees")
- Variations ("with extra cheese", "no onions")
- Special requests ("for table 5", "please quickly")
Examples:
"Two large beers, one pizza margherita, and three coffees with milk"
"One burger without onions, two colas, and one ice cream"
"Three schnitzels with fries, one of them without salad"
Step 3: Review Results
After releasing, the Dictation Results dialog appears:
Top section:
- The Transcription shows what was recognized
Product list: Each recognized product is shown as a card:
☑ 2x Pizza with extra cheese [EDIT] [DELETE]
- Extra Cheese (Quantity: 1)
- Note: "No onions"
☑ 3x Coffee [EDIT] [DELETE]
- With milk
☐ 1x Ice cream [EDIT] [DELETE]
(deselected)
Step 4: Adjust
Edit products:
- Tap Edit to adjust variations
- For configurator products, the full configurator opens
Remove products:
- Tap Delete or deactivate the checkbox
Add notes:
- There's a field at the bottom for general order notes
Step 5: Add to Order
- Review all products
- Tap Add Selected Products
- All checked products are added to the current order
Tips for Better Recognition

| Say quantity first | "Two beers" instead of "Beers, two of them" |
| Clearly separate products | "Two beers and one cola" |
| Add variations directly | "Pizza with extra cheese" |
| Speak clearly | Avoid background noise |
Troubleshooting
"Microphone Permission Required"
- Tap Settings in the message
- Allow microphone access for eesy Manager
- Return to the app and try again
Product Not Recognized
If a product wasn't recognized:
- Check if the product exists in your menu
- Try using the exact product name
- Add the product manually
Processing Failed
If processing fails:
- Check your internet connection
- Try again
- For repeated failures: Take the order manually
Limitations
- Requires active internet connection
- Only works with products from the current menu
- Complex configurator products may need manual completion
