eesy Codes (Table QR Codes)

Guests access the eesy app via QR codes. Here you generate QR codes for your tables.

QR Code Function​

When a guest scans the QR code:

  1. Gets redirected to web.eesy.app
  2. Automatically sees your restaurant
  3. The table is pre-filled

Download QR Codes​

As PDF​

  1. Open Admin Panel → eesy Codes
  2. Tap Download PDF
  3. Select the tables/table numbers
  4. Download the PDF
  5. Print and laminate the codes

The PDF contains:

  • One QR code per page
  • Table number as text
  • Optimized for printing

As ZIP Folder​

For custom design:

  1. Tap Download ZIP
  2. Select the tables
  3. Download the ZIP folder

The folder contains:

  • PNG files per table
  • Transparent background
  • High resolution
Custom Design

With the transparent PNG files, you can create your own table tents.

URL Builder​

For special use cases, you can create URLs manually:

Generate URL​

  1. Open the URL Builder
  2. Enter the table number
  3. The URL is generated
  4. Copy the URL or create a QR code

URL Format​

https://web.eesy.app/r/{space-id}?table={table-number}

Example:

https://web.eesy.app/r/abc123?table=5

Use Cases​

Standard: Table QR Codes​

Print QR codes and place them on each table.

Add a QR code to your printed menu. Use a code without table number so guests enter it manually.

Outdoor Advertising​

Place a general QR code (without table) on:

  • Entrance door
  • Storefront window
  • Marketing materials

Events​

Create temporary QR codes for special events with special table names.

Minimum Size

QR codes should be printed at least 2×2 cm (0.8×0.8 in) to be reliably scannable.

Tips​

  • Laminate: Protects from moisture and dirt
  • Visible placement: Guests should easily find the code
  • Instructions: Optionally add a short note ("Scan & Order")
  • Regular checks: Replace damaged codes
