Subscription

The Subscription page in the Admin Panel shows your current billing status in a compact form. Detailed management (tier changes, invoices, master data, cancellation) lives in the Organisation Panel – every Space belongs to exactly one Organisation, which is the billing entity.

Tiers​

eesy offers three tiers:

eesy Manager​

  • POS, voice input, AI menu import
  • Partner Program, statistics, digital signage
  • ELSTER fiscal reporting
  • 5 team members, 1 register (Germany)

eesy Manager + App​

Everything in eesy Manager, plus:

  • Guest app (eesy)
  • Mr. eesy (AI chatbot)
  • Online payment, tips, loyalty program
  • Self pickup, ratings, guest WiFi
  • Guest design and QR code generator
  • 10 team members, 2 registers (Germany)

eesy Premium​

Everything in eesy Manager + App, plus:

  • Priority support
  • Unlimited team members, 3 registers (Germany)

In Germany you can add extra registers per Space as a paid add-on.

Multiple Spaces in one Organisation​

Inside an Organisation a tiered pricing model applies:

  • The Space with the highest tier pays 100 % of its tier price
  • All other Spaces pay 85 % of their respective tier price

Trial​

Each Organisation can start one free trial (default 90 days). Usually it's initiated by your eesy sales contact. During the trial all features of the chosen tier are available without limits.

You'll receive automated reminder emails 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before the trial ends, plus a countdown banner in the Admin Panel.

Lockout (read-only mode)​

If your trial ends or payment fails without an active subscription, the Space enters read-only mode:

  • Orders and billing are blocked
  • The Admin Panel stays visible but is read-only
  • Banners in the Admin Panel and waiter app inform the team

Grace period for fiscal writes​

Within 7 days after lockout, fiscally required writes are still possible:

  • Daily cash closing
  • DSFinV-K export
  • ELSTER register submission

This guarantees that running business days can still be closed cleanly.

Subscription exemptions​

Some Spaces are completely exempt from the subscription system:

  • Partner-only Spaces (partner without restaurant) – don't see the Subscription page
  • Test Spaces (environment ≠ live) – keep full access indefinitely
Test environment

When creating a Space you can set its environment to test. Test Spaces are free and perfect for trying out new features.

Actions​

From the Admin Panel you jump directly into the Organisation Panel for all detailed actions:

  • Edit master data (legal name, VAT ID, billing address)
  • Change tier (upgrade immediate, downgrade at renewal)
  • Add extra registers
  • Download invoices as PDF
  • Cancel / resume the subscription
  • Accept or reject sales partner offers
