User Management
In user management, team members can be added, managed, and assigned roles.
Roles
There are three roles with different permissions:

| Admin | Full access to all features | Yes, complete |
| Manager | Like Admin, without user management | Yes, limited |
| Member | Server or kitchen | No |
Invitation Code
With the invitation code, new users can join the Space.
View Code
- Open Admin Panel → Users
- The invitation code is shown at the top
- Share the code with new team members
Renew Code
- Tap Renew Code
- The old code becomes invalid
- A new code is generated
Enable/Disable Joining
You can enable or disable joining via invitation code. When disabled, new users can only be added by creating them directly.
Adding Users
Via Invitation Code (recommended)
- Share the invitation code with the new team member
- The team member opens eesy Manager and taps Join Space
- After entering the code, the team member is part of the team
Create Directly
Admins can create accounts directly:
- Tap Create User
- Enter the following data:
- Name
- Email address
- Role (Admin, Manager, Member)
- Password
- Tap Create
You can create multiple users at once in a table view.
Editing Users
Permissions
Individual permissions can be set for each user:

| Product Editing | Can edit catalogs and products |
| View Statistics | Has access to statistics |
Mode
The mode determines which views the user can use:
| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| Server Only | Can only work as server |
| Kitchen Only | Can only work in kitchen |
| Server and Kitchen | Can use both modes |
Catalog Assignment
You can specify which product catalogs a user can use:
- Free Choice: User can choose themselves
- Specific Catalog: User is assigned to a catalog
Device Type
Document which device the user is using:
- Android
- iOS
- Desktop
Searching Users
- Use the Search bar at the top
- Search by name or email
- The list filters automatically
Bulk Actions
You can edit multiple users at once:
- Select the users in the list
- Choose an action:
- Change Role
- Change Mode
- Change Catalog
- Confirm the change
Removing Users
- Find the user in the list
- Tap the menu (three dots)
- Select Remove from Team
- Confirm the removal
Removed users immediately lose access to the Space. Their orders and statistics are preserved.
Filter
Filter the user list by:
- Role (Admin, Manager, Member)
- Device Type (Android, iOS, Desktop)
- Mode (Server, Kitchen)
- Permissions (Product Editing, Statistics)
- Catalog Assignment
Last Activity
The Last Active column shows when a user last used the app. This helps identify inactive accounts.
