User Management

In user management, team members can be added, managed, and assigned roles.

Roles

There are three roles with different permissions:

Invitation Code

With the invitation code, new users can join the Space.

View Code

  1. Open Admin Panel → Users
  2. The invitation code is shown at the top
  3. Share the code with new team members

Renew Code

  1. Tap Renew Code
  2. The old code becomes invalid
  3. A new code is generated

Enable/Disable Joining

You can enable or disable joining via invitation code. When disabled, new users can only be added by creating them directly.

Adding Users

  1. Share the invitation code with the new team member
  2. The team member opens eesy Manager and taps Join Space
  3. After entering the code, the team member is part of the team

Create Directly

Admins can create accounts directly:

  1. Tap Create User
  2. Enter the following data:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Role (Admin, Manager, Member)
    • Password
  3. Tap Create

You can create multiple users at once in a table view.

Editing Users

Permissions

Individual permissions can be set for each user:

Mode

The mode determines which views the user can use:

Catalog Assignment

You can specify which product catalogs a user can use:

  • Free Choice: User can choose themselves
  • Specific Catalog: User is assigned to a catalog

Device Type

Document which device the user is using:

  • Android
  • iOS
  • Desktop

Searching Users

  1. Use the Search bar at the top
  2. Search by name or email
  3. The list filters automatically

Bulk Actions

You can edit multiple users at once:

  1. Select the users in the list
  2. Choose an action:
    • Change Role
    • Change Mode
    • Change Catalog
  3. Confirm the change

Removing Users

  1. Find the user in the list
  2. Tap the menu (three dots)
  3. Select Remove from Team
  4. Confirm the removal
Caution

Removed users immediately lose access to the Space. Their orders and statistics are preserved.

Filter

Filter the user list by:

  • Role (Admin, Manager, Member)
  • Device Type (Android, iOS, Desktop)
  • Mode (Server, Kitchen)
  • Permissions (Product Editing, Statistics)
  • Catalog Assignment

Last Activity

The Last Active column shows when a user last used the app. This helps identify inactive accounts.
