Statistics

Statistics give you a detailed overview of revenue, best-selling products, and employee performance.

Time Periods​

You can view statistics for different time periods:

Available Statistics​

1. Total Revenue​

Shows total revenue for the selected period as a line chart.

2. Revenue by Source​

Revenue breakdown by:

  • eesy App: Orders via guest app
  • Servers: Orders by staff

3. Revenue by Payment Method​

  • Cash Payment
  • Card Payment
  • Online Payment (via eesy App)

4. Tips​

Total tips broken down by:

  • Total
  • Cash
  • Card
  • Online

5. VAT​

Breakdown of collected value-added tax.

6. Top Products​

Best-selling products by quantity.

7. Revenue per Product​

Which products generate the most revenue.

8. Revenue per Server​

Revenue broken down by team members.

9. Tips per Server​

Tips broken down by team members.

Charts​

Statistics are visualized as line charts or bar charts:

  • Line Chart: For trends over time
  • Bar Chart: For comparisons

You can switch between chart and table view.

Filters​

By Catalog​

If you have multiple catalogs, you can restrict statistics to a specific catalog.

By Time Period​

Select a predefined or custom time period via the Date Range Picker.

Detail View​

Orders​

Shows each individual order with:

  • Order number
  • Table
  • Products
  • Price
  • Timestamp
  • Server

Transactions​

Shows each transaction with:

  • Transaction number
  • Payment method
  • Total amount
  • Tip
  • Timestamp

Export​

You can export statistics:

Export Transactions​

  1. Select the time period
  2. Tap Export
  3. Choose the format:
    • XLSX (Excel)
    • PDF
    • CSV
  4. The file is downloaded

Export Product Sales​

  1. Select the time period
  2. Tap Export Products
  3. Choose the format:
    • XLSX (Excel)
    • PDF
    • CSV
  4. The file contains sales count per product
