Digital Ad Boards

Digital ad boards are TVs or screens that display advertising, menus, or announcements in a continuous loop.

Overview

You can create multiple ad boards that each display different content:

  • Menu Display at the entrance
  • Offers Board at the counter
  • Event Announcements in the dining area

Create Ad Board

  1. Open Admin Panel → Digital Ad Boards
  2. Tap New Ad Board
  3. Enter a name (e.g., "Entrance Area")
  4. The ad board is created

Upload Media

After creating an ad board:

  1. Select the ad board
  2. Tap Add Media
  3. Upload images or videos
  4. The media plays in order

Supported formats:

  • Images: JPG, PNG, WebP
  • Videos: MP4, WebM
Recommendation

Use images in 16:9 format for optimal display on TVs.

Connect Screen

Step 1: Invitation Code

Each ad board has a 12-digit number code:

  1. Open the ad board in the Admin Panel
  2. The code is displayed (e.g., 123456789012)

Step 2: On the TV

  1. Open a browser on the Smart TV
  2. Go to manager.eesy.app
  3. Tap Ad Board Mode
  4. Enter the 12-digit code
  5. Select the desired ad board

Step 3: Automatic Start

After initial setup:

  • Opening manager.eesy.app automatically starts the ad board
  • No code re-entry required

Edit Ad Board

Change Name

  1. Select the ad board
  2. Tap the pencil icon
  3. Enter the new name

Manage Media

  • Change order: Via drag-and-drop
  • Remove media: Tap the X
  • Add: Tap "Add Media"

Delete Ad Board

  1. Select the ad board
  2. Tap the menu
  3. Select Delete
  4. Confirm the deletion
Caution

When deleting, all uploaded media is removed. Connected screens will show no content.

Preview

In the Admin Panel, you'll see a preview of each ad board:

  • Thumbnail of the first image
  • Badge with number of media items
  • Status (active/inactive)

Tips

  • High-resolution images: Use at least 1920x1080 pixels
  • Short videos: Videos should be 15-30 seconds long
  • Update regularly: Change content seasonally or for promotions
  • Readability: Large fonts and high contrast for good readability
