Loyalty Program
The loyalty program is a digital stamp card for regular guests.
Concept
- Guests collect stamps for orders
- 10 stamps can be redeemed for a reward
- Stamps are awarded automatically (1 per day with an order)
Enable
- Open Admin Panel → Loyalty Program
- Enable the loyalty program
- Configure the settings
Configuration
Title
The name of your loyalty card:
Examples:
- "Regular Guest Card"
- "VIP Card"
- "Loyalty Card Restaurant Sample House"
Logo
Upload a logo for the loyalty card:
- Appears on the digital card
- Shown in Google Wallet
10th Stamp Label
What the last stamp is called:
Examples:
- "Reward"
- "Gift"
- "Free"
Rewards
Reward Types
| Type | Description |

| Percentage Discount | e.g., 10% off next order |
| Fixed Amount Discount | e.g., $5 discount |
| Gift | Any gift (not in catalog) |
| Free Product | Product from catalog for free |
Configure Reward
- Select Reward Type
- Depending on type:
- Percentage: Enter discount percentage
- Amount: Enter discount amount
- Gift: Enter description
- Free Product: Choose product from catalog
- Save
Stamp Distribution
Guests automatically receive a stamp:
- Once per day with at least one order
- Multiple orders on same day = 1 stamp
- Stamps are credited when opening app after ordering
Redemption
For Guests
- Guest opens loyalty card in eesy app
- At 10 stamps, Redeem Reward appears
- Guest shows the loyalty card QR code to server
For Servers
- On Billing page: Tap Scan QR Code
- Scan the guest's loyalty card QR code
- The reward is added to the bill
- For free product: Add product to order
Google Wallet
Guests can add their loyalty card to Google Wallet:
- In eesy app: Open loyalty card
- Tap Add to Google Wallet
- The card appears in Google Wallet
- Stamp count updates automatically
Statistics
In the Admin Panel you'll see:
- Number of active loyalty cards
- Redeemed rewards
- Average stamps until redemption

- Attractive reward: The reward should be worthwhile
- Easy redemption: Fast scan process for servers
- Communication: Actively inform guests about the loyalty program
