eesy Settings
Here you enable and configure the eesy guest app for your restaurant.
Enable eesy
By default, the eesy app is disabled for a Space.
- Open Admin Panel → eesy Settings
- Tap Enable eesy
- Follow the setup wizard
Public Information
Banner Photo
The banner photo appears prominently on the restaurant page in the eesy app.
- Format: 16:9 (landscape)
- Recommended: At least 1920×1080 pixels
- Content: Exterior, interior, or dishes
Public Name
The name shown to guests in the eesy app. Can differ from internal Space name.
Category
Choose your establishment's category:
- Restaurant
- Ice Cream Parlor
- Café
- Bar
- Event
Location
- Enter the address
- Autocomplete suggests matching addresses
- Select the correct address
- The location is shown on the map
City
In addition to location, you can enter the city where your restaurant should be found.
Visibility
Show on Map
- Enabled: Restaurant appears on map and in search
- Disabled: Only accessible via direct link/QR code
Temporarily Disable eesy
Temporarily disables ordering without removing the entire eesy integration.
Temporarily Closed
Shows guests that the restaurant is currently closed.
Opening Hours
Configure for each day of the week:
- Open: Yes/No
- From: Opening time
- To: Closing time
For days with lunch break, you can specify two time periods.
Guest Experience
Public Greeting
A welcome message shown to guests at the top of the restaurant page.
Example: "Welcome to Restaurant Sample House! We look forward to your visit."
Welcome Video
You can embed a YouTube video shown to guests.
- Enter the YouTube video URL
- The video is embedded in the app
Guest WiFi
Enter WiFi credentials:
- Network Name (SSID)
- Password
Guests can:
- Scan a WiFi QR code
- Copy the password
- Connect directly (Android)
Mr. eesy (AI Chatbot)
Mr. eesy is an AI chatbot that helps guests with orders.
Enable
- Enable Offer Mr. eesy
- The chatbot appears on the restaurant page
AI Instructions
Customize the chatbot's behavior:
- Space-wide Instructions: Apply to all conversations
- Product Instructions: Specific info for individual products
Example Instructions:
- "Recommend the daily special when asked"
- "Mention that we have vegan options"
- "Always suggest a salad with pizza"
Capabilities
Mr. eesy can:
- Answer menu questions
- Give recommendations
- Help with ordering
- List allergens and ingredients
- Inform about events and opening hours
Preview
The Admin Panel shows a live preview of how your restaurant appears in the eesy app:
- Smartphone frame with embedded view
- Updates in real-time with changes
- Shows banner, name, category, and hours
